Jeffrey Kent refuses to contact me back about my taxes that he keeps pushing back. Ive asked dozens (literal dozens) of times for my tax files back but he refuses. Ive left many messages and emails asking for contact back since March - now (end if September) and Im met with I apologize, Im working on it with no end! My taxes are due (after being pushed back) in 17 days and I have no idea how to get all of my tax records back from him. DO NOT USE KENT TAX AND BUSINESS SERVICES.
