We had a mouse problem at our home in Stoddard. For years my dad would lay out poison bait when he left the house for the winter. Now that my wife and I own the house, having the particles of poison around didnt sit well with us because of our dogs and grandkids. So last year, thats when we hired Mark to help us eliminate the mice. He did an assessment of our house and discovered we also had bats, not in the house but hidden in some joints where the chimney meets the wooden exterior. Mark crawled under our house to seal all areas where the mice were getting in. He also installed an exit only box for bats to leave but can not re-enter that living space. Mark has an extensive level of pest knowledge and experience. I was fascinated with his responses when I asked him laymen type questions. Mark spent several hours that day at my house and Im happy to post that all the evidence of bats and mice PRIOR to hiring Mark are now gone and have been eliminated. We are very pleased with the work, effort and results of Mark and All Creatures Pest Control !

We had a mouse issue at our house in Stoddard. Mark replied to our phone call quickly and professionally. Within a day of the call, we agreed to meet later in the week. He arrived on time and he began his assessment of my house. I was surprised by what he discovered. Not only did we have mice, but we had bats too. The bats were not inside the house thank god. Mark spent several hours crawling under my house and securing any holes for mice to enter. He used an epoxy type products which cures hard like cement but also it's a product that mice can't burrow or chew their way through. For the bats he used some wire mesh products and an "exit only" device that wouldn't allow bats to re-enter our home. I had tons of questions and he's wonderful at answering my questions. The longer we spoke about my pest problems, the more I learned and Mark was more than happy to educate me. Mark knows his trade very well. He's thorough with his assessment and I felt confident the mice and bats were gone for good.
