Tubs 2 Go

I had an Aquatic bathtub in my house that I purchased about 15 years ago. The motor, jets and heater just stopped working. I asked for recommendations everywhere but no one knew of anyone that would take on this task; short of a bathroom renovation (new tub). Then I found Paul at Tubs2Go. He came out to look at the tub, told me what parts to order, then came back after the parts arrived and repaired it in a few hours. The bathtub ended up being retrofitted with a new kit because Aquatic long since stopped making parts for this bathtub. I am so grateful to have found Paul. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable!

I couldn't recommend them more. We recently bought a house from the 80's with a hot tub equally as old that we knew nothing about. Paul was not only able to get it repaired up an running for us, he also took the time to teach us how to use it and how to keep it going in its old age. His recommendations were super reasonable - didn't suggest unnecessary upgrades, gave us timelines for what to replace when, and gave us tricks to keep things going longer. All the things that are terrible for business but great for the customer. He even took the time to troubleshoot a problem over text weeks later. I honestly wish I could get nearly this lucky with all contractors.

Paul has the experience to know exactly what to bring to fix your hot tub. He knew it could either be a gasket or the check value, it was the check value. The hot tub was fixed fast and accurate! Great job Paul.

I recently had a problem with my hot tub. After calling several people local to me, Tubs 2 Go was recommended by a friend. I called them to schedule a service. They picked up on the first ring, a very rare things these days, especially during the great COVID landscape we all live in now. I briefly explained the problem to him over the phone and he was able to figure it out. I bought a $5 fuse from Home Depot and was able to repair it myself. Great customer service is a rarity these days. I never even got his name. If you have a hot tub in need of service, avoid all the other pretenders and call Tubs 2 Go!

Paul was fantastic. He came out and serviced my tub that had been sitting for a few months as I just bought the house a couple months ago. The weather was cold and rainy but that did not affect the outcome of the job. By the time he was done the tub was like new. He even spent the time with me going over care taking of the tub. I will use him going forward, you don't find great customer service like this these days.
