        Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, prompt, and pleasant. I am a Realtor and recommend Allstate to all of my clients! I may be able to find an insurance carrier that saves me a few dollars, but service to me is tantamount. In all these years as a customer, I've never once had a problem with a claim, not on my house and not on my 3 vehicles. I recommend Allstate very highly!

        It's important to have a good agent, a go-to person to help with problems, because they do occur. I recently had an issue with another insurance company's resistance processing my claim against them so I called the office for advice. Nancy was very helpful and called them on my behalf in effort to get the ball rolling.
