Nothing but trouble after the salesman visit and deposit made for 2 mini split units to be installed. Didn't hire Wells plumbing but that's who came to my house. The company was Proactive Comfort.. Electrician never showed so job delayed by several days. 3 weeks later, unit spills water all over my carpet. Call for help and am told it's $195 just to talk to technician and another more for someone to come out. Couldn't believe it. Called next day and got appointment for this morning. Technician came and said he couldn't do anything and left. Just got the message in afternoon from my parents who live downstairs. Never heard from technician or company. Company has 2 names and 3 phone numbers Services: Ductless heating and AC services, Installation
