Metro by T-Mobile - Closed

I ordered a screen protector for my Google pixel 3XL through a different t mobile store, and went in to have it installed at this location being as it is closer to my home. Friendly kid, tall, with brown curly hair greeted me and asked how he may help I stated I needed a screen protector installed. He told me it's not his fault if it is installed wrong and repeated that phrase twice, since I quote "I broke a phone and they made me pay for it......" I said that's ok thinking it would only be a few bubbles under the surface (Should have taken it as a warning sign, but people mess up.) This man then proceeds to take my phone, not follow the directions, drops my phone off the counter face down, I had to point out to him "hey maybe it's done this way" which he looks at the directions and says yeah that's right and still doesn't follow them. After he's done, he looks at me and tells me it's not the right screen protector. He installed it upside down and it has bubbles all under the screen (one or two is ok, not 4 and a huge scratch from dropping it). It's a 🌞🌞🌞 screen protector, how do you not know how to do this correctly, esp. since it's a t mobile location and there's the directions on and inside the box. I left without a word, bad service. Call me a Karen all you want but that's ridiculous. Train your people.

Total ripoff. Store phone # is NOT accurate on website or store receipts. Promise services but if you complain at store they tell you to call customer service but if you call they say go to store. Filled with people who are obviously lying and/or have a language barrier.
