They arrived on time, ready with parts. The job was a little more involved than we thought, but after opening the space behind the tub it was clear, that more work was required. Still they did it on the original quote. Very professional, cleaned up the workspace and additionally the work comes with a one year guarantee. I called All American Plumbing last night just after 9PM after I received a call from one of my tenants that her toilet wasn't working right and water was constantly flowing. Kevin (the owner) answered, I told him my issue, and he was at the unit by 9:45PM! I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin!! Great service, on time, very professional. My tenant called to thank me and raved about how wonderful he was. He got the water to stop flowing and came back the next day to fix the gasket. He was very up front about after hours emergency prices before I agreed to the job, which I appreciated. He knew what he was doing, showed up after hours, and got the job done quickly, and was very professional and nice to my tenant. Great job Kevin!! Thanks again for helping me out last night. I cannot stress how thankful we are that such a great business is near us in Rochester, NH. Kevin Augusta (owner) came to assess the work at a time that worked best for me and came to complete the work also at the best time for me. We had a leaky drain which was initially installed carelessly when the home was built in 2016 and Kevin addressed that and explained the issue to me well. He also installed a spicket going through a wall in a tricky space effortlessly. His skill and knowledge is very high and I know All American Plumbing and Heating will be growing rapidly with work like this. I know he’s hiring and has work nonstop! Professional, very kind, good price and explains all well! I will not be using anyone besides this company for all plumbing and heating in this area.
