Excellent work, great product and warranty. He explains every step, and material, so you know exactly what you are getting. His quality & materials are a great value for the price. What really sold me was his passion and pride for his work, and the fact that he personally was on the job site, and overseeing the crew. His crew had his same work ethic. Arrived early, on time, and worked constantly, till late. On top of that, he is a friendly, personable man. We had a roof leak as it was in rough shape. We had a leak in two spots and were concerned about it ruining the several thousand dollars of work that was recently done on the inside of house. Met with Allen on 7/8 and he was able to squeeze us in to redo the roof. They started the following week as opposed to having to wait a couple months or so. They are very professional, work very hard and do great work. Allen is also extremely thorough and cares about his work. It feels great to not have to worry about the roof anymore and the gutters looks great as well. Called Brown's to get a quote. Allen had price back to me within a few days. After reviewing 5-6 other quotes I found Brown's had the best value. We agreed on price and I got on the schedule. Some rain that week and the crew got pushed out a few days. They started work on a Sunday. Showed up promptly, went right to work. They worked late into Sunday and were back on Monday, another full day on Monday and clean up on Tuesday. Allen, George and the crew were professional, skilled and hard working. They were able to squeeze me in short notice and did an amazing job!! Plus if anything needs to be touched up or what not they do it for free!
