Very happy with dead River, the auto fill is very convenient for me since I'm very busy most of the time, I never have to worry about running out of heat or hot water if I forget to call. They deliver every couple weeks like clock work. Customer service and drivers are very friendly and helpful

They wouldn't fix my vent pipe and then deliver oil because I bought oil from a different provider on 2 occasions. I have bought oil from dead river several times, the last time being 1 year ago. I have also had maintenance done by them before including this past December. They said they would only fix a vent pipe for their customers. Apparently if you buy cheaper oil a couple times then they no longer want your business. Don't worry, I'll gladly take it elsewhere
