Onions Pub and Restaurant

We were looking for a pub that served excellent Bangers & Mash. The Onions Pub came through with flying colors. Absolutely delicious. Our server, Ron, did double duty as the bartender. He made a tasty Dark & Stormy (ginger beer with a shot of black rum) that is now my new favorite mixed drink. Ron was very personable and we enjoyed chatting with him. We sat in a cozy half- moon booth that gave us a good view of the well stocked bar and of the huge river rock fireplace. Onions Pub was a very nice stop for a late afternoon lunch.

Party of three for lunch. Great ambiance, the waitress exceptional! Sorry that I forgot her name, however terrific personality. A Chef salad was ordered and looked perfect except missing eggs. Chicken, broccoli Alfredo, not a lot of broccoli and the chicken was strips laid on the top, not what was expected, however they nailed the Alfredo sauce! A steak sub was very disappointing. 6 inch roll that fell apart. 2 pieces of peppers and No onions. The steak was not shaved it was in chunks that did not even fill the roll. For the price it was a loss!!! Again disappointing and mediocre, the waitress made up for the meal.

Place had amazing food. The service was even better. Our server was probably the best server I have ever had. Knowledgeable attentive, funny, super nice to my kids. Everybody loves there food, drinks and dessert. So glad we found this place. Vegetarian options: Plenty for all. I did not pay close attention to them but I know they had vegetarian taco. I think the pasta dish used squash noodles. Kid-friendliness: They were the absolute best to my kids. I wish I could remember the waitress name because she deserves to stand out how amazing of a job she did. Parking: Parking was ok few spots dedicated to them in front we found a spot easy.
