Laborers did a amazing job and We're very professional. Getting in contact with the office was difficult most times. All in all low cost for a great roof.

After telling us we needed to pay a 50% deposit upfront just to book in our job (over $6.5K) they then wanted us to wait up to 12 months before installing our roof. No direct communication from them at all. Our original sales rep who sold us the job ended up being fired and it's now very difficult to reach anyone at the office. The new sales rep I spoke to just yelled at me for calling the wrong person. I can't speak to the quality of their work but their customer service is appalling. I am now trying to get our deposit back in full. I refuse to spend my money with a company who treats customers like this. Don't promise what you can't deliver -- and if you can't deliver (for whatever reason) have the basic courtesy to keep your customers informed and give them their money back if they aren't happy. Use this company at your own risk.

I met Blaine at the Manchester Home Show a few years ago and listened to his presentation.  I did a couple of years of further research and had several other companies come in and do presentations and estimates.  In the end, we chose to do business with him.  When our time arrived to have the job done, the crew arrived and got it done, including having to replace a lot of rotten wood on our roof that rotted from ice dams over the years.  Everyone on his crew was friendly and professional and not only did a great job on the roof but also in the clean up.      This company saved us six thousand dollars from the next lowest quote.  I could not be happier with our new roof or the service we received.      When investigating a company and reading customer reviews, remember that there are always people out tthat no matter what you do for them, nothing can make them happy.
