I was referred to this company and was excited when I learned of the rates that would be cost effective for what seemed to be more insurance. Although Mike and Joe were personable and always "willing" to get things done within my 1st year of doing business with them my homeowners insurance needed to be re-written, cost increased, deductible increased, I had several issues receiving written, e-mail and verbal communication. My auto insurance was quoted, I agreed and when I actually moved over the price increased. I understand in today's world companies are understaffed, employees are handling more than they would normally but it just seemed like nothing I wanted to do with company went smoothly. I will say again both Mike and Joe were very personable and "willing" to do what was asked. The major issue was getting it done and when you are insuring your biggest investment you need to be sure your agent(s) are getting it done. I would strongly encourage anyone working with this company to review your insurance policies to be sure you are getting what you paid for, for the amount you agreed to.

I have had this office for 1 and 1/2 years and I have loved it. I got married and my husband and I wanted to go on the same policy (2 cars) being taken out of our account once a month when its due.. I have had to go into the office 6 times and talked to them 4 times on the phone because my bill isnt being paid from my account, Ive gone back to getting paper bills that I have never gotten being with them and my husband and I are getting separate bills. I have been extremely patient with them as they have blamed the main hub. The last time I went into the office they didnt even have our account information anymore and they said they would call into the main hub and figure it out and call me back the next day. Guess what?... they never called me back at all and there is no money taken out of my account- so State Farm thinks Im late on my payments- which I have never been! Im highly disappointed in how they handled this and I would not refer anyone to them because they could not handle just putting my husband and I together on one policy. Im sure we arent the only people who have gotten married and asked to be on the same policy. And if you choose this office- good luck! Because joe and mike didnt even make an effort to leave me a voicemail when they said they would.
