        I recently changed from another Allstate agent (due to distance and communication issues) to Jon Clark as my agent. I was impressed my first call to them was a real person. I had texted Jon a couple of times and received reply's right back. I sent up an office visit for my policies and was met by Courtney who was very knowledgeable. She recommended some adjustments to my policies which was very beneficial. I have received a phone call recently and emails. I'm very happy with the communication and recommendations.
