My wife is a diva, no other way to say it :-) She wanted a table with a view, had asked for one when reserving.. we were shown to one that was not.. this amazing host shows up (seeing she was not happy) and hand-holding escortes her to a table that was acceptable. My wife actually told him "thank you, you've put a smile on my face".. which is more than I've ever got in 18 years of marriage..
The food was amazing! Had the dry aged prime rib-eyes and the main filet mignon.. All medium rare.. Just Wow.. Dont miss out on the lobster loaded mashed potatoes.
Vegetarian options: Wifey is a vegetarian.. had very limited options, but loved what she had..

The hostess was very accommodating. She did her best to fulfill my request on my reservation for a seat with a view for a date night with my wife. While waiting to be seated, we decided to get a drink at the bar, but one of the bartenders either forgot to make my drink or had a miscommunication with the other bartender. We simply had one moscato and one old fashioned. Once we were seated, everything was smooth sailing. Alberto, our waiter, was a professional and even addressed me by name. He made excellent recommendations and suggestions. My wife enjoyed her pear & blue cheese salad while I devoured the delicious seared pork belly. Main course consisted of the main filet mignon (11oz) for my wife, the prime tomahawk (35oz) for me and we split the chipotle Mac and cheese. Both steaks were a bit overcooked (we requested Medium). There was plenty of steak for the both of us. We topped off our meal with cappuccinos. Throughout our meal, several gentlemen came by our table and made sure everything was going well. It is small gestures like that, not just the food, that will make me a returning customer.
Parking: Do a lap around the main strip, but valet was available. I got lucky.

Fleming's was recommended by a friend of mine. All I can say is I was not disappointed. Food and the service was great.
