The staff are uneducated and not helpful. They do not know how to take a printout and kept on insisting to get the same from outside. They have the audacity to cancel my appointment for their inefficiency

I was a recent new patient of Dr. Natarajan, but forgot my insurance card. Fortunately, the office staff was very helpful and offered many options such as calling insurance company and having them fax a copy of my card to their office... which only took 5mins!! Thank you doctor and office staff for a great experience as a new patient.

Dr. Natarajan is a very attentive and helpful doctor. She has been my family's doctor for years and is very competent with her care, even on her personal hours. The staff is also great with taking care of us when we are at the office, especially with accommodating for appointment times and notifying us for our upcoming visits.
