They are TOTALLY unreliable and dis-honest. I ordered furniture (desks and chairs) in October 2019 and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to come in. It came in defective and had to be re-ordered. I did not get the desks until the middle of February 2020. Then the chairs got lost in the warehouse. They found one and delivered it, but could not find the other. Every week they have promised to deliver the 2nd chair, but they fail to keep their promises. I canceled the order, and they say they will refund my money, but they keep delaying when the check will be sent out. They refuse to answer the phone most of the time, and when they answer they cannot provide any useful information, just excuses! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Hopefully I will get my refund back for the chair. They have only had the money for 4 months already!
