Dan, Carol and their super crew prepared and served BBQ brisket, pork, chicken and veggie burgers to our 100 guests from around the country. Everything was tender and delicious, and beautifully presented on a buffet outside the truck. Our many guests from the south, Texas and southwest all felt qualifiedindeed obligatedto offer their opinion on Dans BBQ: and every single one gave a rave review. As did I!
Dan was a pleasure to deal with. It was easy to arrange our event with him, and he delivered 100%. We will definitely have him cater for us again.

My company hired them for our annual end of summer BBQ, the food was amazing. The beef brisket was juicy and tender, the BBQ chicken was flavorful and delicious, the wings were seasoned just right, the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were very good as well, they also made an amazing broccoli and cauliflower salad. And for dessert they had a nice table of fresh fruit and cookies.The two women that served the food were very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend them for any kind of event.

That place is dirty they sale out dated meat
Also I watch him drop food on the ground and place it back on the grill I ask him to throw it out because it hit the ground people stay away
