Dawn Jablonski has been positively fabulous to work with. She is attentive, thorough, professional, and friendly. One of the reasons I did switch from my previous agency (where I had been for decades) was the loss of attention to detail. In particular, I found myself doing my own shopping for insurance quotes the last few years, when that should have been their job. That has not been the case so far with Dawn and the Gavin Lewis agency. Last month, I needed to make a sudden vehicle purchase, and Dawn was all over it. Even the dealership salesperson complimented her speedy response to the purchase with all the necessary information. Hopefully this is just the beginning of a long-term partnership!

Completely satisfied. Any and every time I have any type of dealing with Allstate it has been beyond excellent. Allstate provides the best coverage and the best customer service.
Once again Gavin and his team have far exceeded my expectations. They are wonderful!
They have accommodated us immediately with any issue or change needed. We are a family of 6 and have had many changes through our 20
years of service and as each of our 4 children became drivers.
I sent an email after hours expecting a reply the next day but Gavin emailed me back immediately letting me know the change and information would be handled the next day, and then everything I needed was provided in an email to me before I even got out of bed the following morning. AMAZING!
