Joining The MAX Challenge has been one of the best decisions Ive made on my health and wellness journey. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and the instructors are the absolute best! I am definitely stronger, healthier, and happier since joining and I would recommend it to anyone!

There are so many wonderful things I can say about The Max at Flemington. It is a very nurturing, friendly environment that allows people of different ages and activity levels be active in a positive environment. They are very flexible to accommodations for all and as long as you are moving, it is a win! Aris pow-wows at the end of his classes are amazing and I truly have him to thank for getting me as far as I have and helping me remind myself to take care of me.

I joined THE Max Challenge just 2 weeks ago and am very happy I did! The employees and the members are all very friendly and very supportive. They all welcomed me like family and I am truly grateful!! There is no pressure and no awkwardness. You start at your own pace and work your way up as you get stronger. Ari has been a fantastic instructor and provides great inspiration. Thanks to the entire Max Challenge team!!

I signed up for a 10-week challenge program and it was the best thing I could have done for myself! I love the classes - the instructors, music, people, and program are all wonderful and I look forward to attending each day!! I've lost weight, been working hard, and feeling the best I've felt in a long time. No two classes are ever the same, which keeps it interesting. The community spirit is wonderful and I love the inspiration that Ari provides at the end of each class. I've gone to many gyms and exercise classes and participated in weight watchers, etc., but this program is the best I've experienced by far. I plan on staying on after the 10 weeks are over - I can't imagine going back to a life where the Max Challenge isn't a part of my day!
