Friendly staff, clean, spacious and organized. This location has a new board that tells you when your mobile order drink is ready (see picture). They also carry all the kid essentials (juice box, pouch, cheese sticks, veggie boxes).

Used to be good though now theyre terrible (for both services and quality of the items). My experience from last Saturday was more than disappointing. They made my app order wrong. I was in a rush + hesitant to ask them fix my order as none of them will greet nor make an eye contact. They seemed super busy and completely ignored me when I stood there trying to call out someone. As I said, I was in a hurry too so I had to leave with wrongly made drink. Up to that point, I can (try to) understand. When I got home, trying to open up the door, I realized they did not close the lid fully. My coffee spilled over my shirt and I was really upset at that point. At least I was wearing black clothings though. If I was wearing a white shirt, I wouldve had to trash that. So this visit reminded me why I stopped going this place for the past few months.. (the drink was.. not good either compared to other Starbucks around the area). I wish their service and quality of drinks to get better again.. like they used to be couple years ago :(

I waited for about 20 minutes for the employees to never call my name and have every order after me he picked up. I paid about six dollars in change for this coffee and this is what I got I guess they didnt want to fill it all the way.

Honestly ridiculous that a line has to form for the bathroom due to the 4 employees that want their own bathroom if you keep up on the upkeep of the bathroom, the employees wouldnt feel as if they need their own, n cause a problem, especially when they see a line n the other is not in use .. do better !!!

This Starbucks needs to decide if it's a coffee shop or a dance club. Far to often, loud obnoxious music ruins an otherwise pleasant experience. Really nice staff, always clean tables but its difficult at times for its customers to sit, chat, and work. The DJ in this place is in the wrong job.
