Dr. Patel was very friendly and pleasant; Sandy (the receptionist) was the sweetest person in the whole world. Yet, the entire experience with this dental practice was rather unpleasant: first, we were assured that our insurance covers their services, later, it turned out it didn't, then a 3rd person appeared, sorted all out, told us that it should not be an issue anymore and we are welcome to continue the treatment, and before we made our appointments went away for a long holiday, meanwhile we were not able to make an appointment, we waited, got no reply, called again, the 3rd person mysteriously disappeared and we were told to look for another dentist. I asked them to send me our X-Rays, which they agreed doing but never done it. I sent a written request, it was simply ignored... I feel very bad writing this review, as the people I interacted with seemed very friendly and eager to help, yet, all I've got from this place is 7 months of anxiety, confusion, untreated teeth, and a few sleepless nights.
