        Scheduled an appt. Provider did not show up. I sent a text and was told he would be coming later in the day. No one showed up, no text or call to inform me that they were not able to come. I missed a day of work for this appt and no one showed up. Unprofessional and lack of communication.

        Nick was right on time. They actually came within 24hours and had a full crew to help me after Ida. There pricing was extremely fair especially given the amount of work and how fast they responded. There is no question that Ideal is the way to go if you want it done right the first time !!!

        What can I say top to bottom I was completely impressed and could not be happier with the work Nick did. We always got water in our basement and we used 3 different experts but no one could ever get it right. Now we don't see a drop of water thanks to Ideal!
