The Roofing Outlet Inc. doesn't stand by the product they sell. We purchased 32 Survivor windows in 2018, about 8 of the 32 are started to get Moldy after 3 years and they wont replace them.

I agree, we do not warranty the products, that is the responsibility of the manufacturer. We will try to help you and we will need your paperwork and invoice to help you facilitate the process of a warranty. That company is responsible to warranty against seal failures for 20 years.
