The worse company ever! Owner never returned my calls. Took a short cut while fixing the ac unit by using used parts.AC unit failed after a few hours of his reckless repair. Had to call a new company, they fixed my ac unit with the proper new parts. This company deserves zero stars and should not be in business. Stay away!

Hello, we had Jim come out to estimate our air conditioner . He was very professional and showed us and explained a lot to us , we had three other companies come out and even though Blue Ribbon was not the cheapest , we went with them. I have to say my wife and me are so grateful for Jim and his knowledge , he called us and installation went perfect, we would recommend Blue Ribbon , and thank you to the men that installed also they were so good and a pleasure to have in our home. Thanks again

One of the worst customer experiences ever! After diagnosing the problem and getting approval from the warranty company to complete the repair, they simply refused to schedule the repair. Despite daily phone calls for more than a week, this company would not commit to a repair date. Then, after 5 days, started saying their "system was down" and they couldn't schedule any appointments. Despite my 5+ polite messages being sent to the owner, I never received a call back. Avoid this company!!!!!
