M&M Powerwashing

Well where do I start! M&M power washed our home a few months ago. Three men came to do the job! The person in charge came to the door & gave us prices on adding the back patio & driveway to the job! Well he gave us prices that were totally different then our neighbors for the same size areas! When I told him this he got a little nervous & said they were different sizes! Well every driveway is the same size in our community! He appeared very annoyed with doing this job, heard him complaining about not having equipment that worked, no supplies, very disturbing, also said he was quitting at the end of the week.
The 3 men worked on the house, hard work, but they did not take pride in what they did, we had to hose down the front porch, garage doors etc.of all the debris left behind. So very disappointed!
I called the receptionist to ask her about the discrepancies in pricing, & asked to speak to the owner! She was not at all helpful made excuses about the prices, not very nice! never called me back! Since then I have called the main number multiple times to get information from her about the job, now no one answers the phone, I suspect she has blocked the call! Would never recommend M&M Power Washing to any of my neighbors, as is true of others who have used them in the community! Not at all happy with the service from beginning to end!
