From the start Pinky and her team were amazing. My husband and I had a situation where a seller and their realtor wouldnt accept our pre approval as it was with a non reputable online company. They gave us Pinky Shahs name that they trusted and after confirming with our realtor who also had worked with Pinky in the past we felt very comfortable going through the pre approval process with her team. Pinky made it so easy, you create a log in and from there the website guides you through what is needed. Pinky and Kristi both were available anytime we had questions, we never had to wait for long and always received an answer that we could understand and trust. They helped us obtain a mortgage in less than 30 days! Super quick, painless and the added bonus we continue to learn from her team even after the closing was completed. Such a nice group of people. When my fianc and I were first looking for a home together we were so overwhelmed. As first time homebuyers we had no idea what we were doing or what to expect. We had called up a few mortgage companies, and all of them pretty much had the same MO. They would ask us our price range and just give us an estimate. It was all just numbers. They said they can pre-approve us, but we were still not able to outcompete cash offers. Everything changed when we started with Pinky and her team. They actually sat us down and had a full in depth webcall to go over everything involved in the homebuying process. From browsing for homes, to what to expect after you close, we now had a road map and a better understanding of what to expect. It wasn't just numbers with them, it became more of a reality as Pinky and her team were able to visually guide us through the process and answer any and all questions we had.
