Ive been a regular patron for almost two years and my hair has changed drastically. Ms. Phyllis has made my hair much healthier, stronger and even made my hair grow! And when I was preparing for my wedding; she accomodated my schedule to perfect my wedding sew-in. Shes made my salon experience relaxing, soothing and helped my confidence!

First time going to this salon. I got in at 12:45 for my 1pm appointment. I waited almost 2 hours to even be seen, only to then be told that my relaxer with styling would be $170 (their website says its $95) I ask if just the relaxer alone is $95 and she says yes. After getting the relaxer in and washed out and I went to pay Im told I HAVE to have my hair dried and styled. I mention that she just told me relaxers are $95 and she says we dont do that here and after going back and forth I am then FORCED to get my hair dried and styled for the full price. This was the most unprofessional and fraudulent experience Ive ever had. Why does your website say $95 for a relaxer when you cannot get a relaxer on its own? You are listing services that DO NOT EXIST.

Phyillis (and her hands) have transformed my hair! I've been going to her for 2 years now and I finally understand how to properly care for my hair. I used to be the kind to go from braids to weaves to braids to weaves with nor real maintenance routine but Phyillis has helped learn how to enjoy my natural hair. its literally never been healthier! Honestly, coming to her has been one of the best decisions of my adult life!

Phyllis is the best - in just 2 spots my hairs health has been evident. She also knows how to say no to your wild ideas for color or treatment until your hair is healthy to handle what you want to put it through. Glad I found someone whos dedicated to the work and has a passion for health of your hair too! She also plays the best playlists! :)
