They did an amazing job with my floors. There was a slight confusion on the color but they really went above and beyond. The result was outstanding, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Consumer Carpets was introduced by a neighbor. After comparing price and service level, I went with Consumer Carpets because of its best overall value. Nelson obviously sets a clear tone of hard-working and no fuss within the company.
Now, I am very happy with my choice, as my new floor looks beautiful!! Gabriel and his team showed an excellent workmanship with attentive customer service. All communication, within the team and through the chain of command, were effective and efficient. Questions or requests are promptly handled. Time projection was precise too, which made planning life much easier.
I would highly recommend Consumer Carpets to friends and family in need and will not hesitate to go with them again myself for future jobs. Service: Install flooring
