        I have a Generac 16KW that I bought from an old man who had it in his garage for 10 years. I had it hooked up but 1st emailed Generac the serial number to see if it was covered under warranty. They said the unit was new and yes, it is! Well, It would crank but would not start. I called Generac and they highly recommended For -Tech. I called Rachael and she was excellent! Within 2 days they were at my home in brand new trucks loaded with parts. Within 2 hours he was done and running like new! I THANK YOU! In this day and age getting someone to come out is so hard! Service: General repairs
