        My SEP IRA at NFS used to be "managed" by Bob Dole of Acorn Financial Services. For years he's done nothing to manage my money, except for charging fees. When I decided to move my SEP Mr Dole was very uncooperative. The process was held up for over a month. In the end he got downright rude and unprofessional.

        Have been waiting for a response on confirmation of policy cancellation for a couple weeks. Life insurance policy (10-yr term policy) was passed on to Acorn, and I received an invoice from John Hancock that new policy with invoice at 19x increase. I asked to cancel, or set to not auto-renew. Have not gotten a call back. Left several voicemails and emails.
