Jamie Herman property manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Would advise not renting/buying through her. I signed a lease and gave deposit and was ready to move in. She passed inspection and when I went to move into my new home house was absolutely disgusting. Dog hair everywhere, drinks spilled on floors, piles of dirt and hair on floors, Chinese food in fridge, dirt and crumbs everywhere, and the list goes on. I asked for the home to be cleaned properly and carpets shampood. After going back and forth about the cleanliness of the home, she said Would you like your money back and go rent somewhere else because frankly I'm done needless to say I took her up on that offer and got my money back. Ive been renting for years and never witnessed such a dirty place and unprofessional process. I was annoying and crazy for wanting a clean place and walk through before move in.
