I recently had a misfortune dealing with Napa crew, and let me tell you, it was a CIRCUS OF INCOMPETANCE! JULIO, the so-called associated, must have gotten his customer service skills from another planet. He was not just rude, but im pretty sure he's the missing link between customers service and disaster.
Willy needs a crash course in how not to drive customers away. Instead of managing, he seems to be leading a masterclass on how to be completely oblivious to customer satisfaction.
I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy. If you enjoy being treated like your are interrupting their coffee break or dealing with people who seem to have skipped the "customer service 101" then by all means, go to Napa auto parts in newark. But if you have an ounce of self respect, steer clear.
