TERRIBLE STAFF IS SO BAD!!!!

I personally have had great care with all the OBGYNS here. I do not have a co pay and all of my regular visits are covered by insurance so I haven't had any billing issues ever. I have had both of my kids with them and I don't regret anything. They were very open with my requests for delivery and told me (during active labor) my options with realistic outcomes.

There billing department is a disaster. They are keep sending me bills for the visits i have never did!!!! They even do not have the right information that what was the services they gave me or what was the diagnosis they are sending me the bill for!!! This company is a trap I can never trust them again 😪

The billing is a nightmare. Never get hold of them. The office is a mess. They didn't give me any directions or instructions for the ofice visit, yet they blam me for not following the instructions. When I arrived, they told me that they are just about to call me about my doctor canceled the appoitment. I will never ever going back to this place.

Billing is a nightmare, will never answer the phone or return calls or emails. Sends invoicea over and over for PAID bills and won't return calls. Looks like several people have experienced the same. This is beyond unprofessional and now I am afraid this business is fraudulant. Very scary. Stay away.
