        Anne went above and beyond to prepare for same-day delivery after I experienced an unfortunate experience with another florist order that fell through. She was flexible on the arrangement which is nice for someone looking to order a unique mixed flower arrangement. I appreciate her kindness and customer service and would HIGHLY recommend this business to family and friends.

        Definitely stop in here if you love small businesses. The owner is lovely woman who will give you great recommendations for any occassion you bring her and she will chat with you while putting together a bouqet. Will definitely be back here again!!

        Absolutely completely disappointed with the flower arrangement they delivered. Ordered the deluxe arrangement got the standard arrangement. They actually accused me of altering and removing flowers. Absolutely laughable. When they finally asked what can to do to fix the problem. I simply asked for what I had paid for. Apparently that was not possible due to the fact the didn't have the flowers to make the arrangement. I'm guessing that's what happened to the original arrangement that was not a very good version of the standard arrangement. What a waste of time it was dealing with the florist. All said and done I got a refund for the deluxe to a standard arrangement. I strongly recommend finding another florist. The product & customer service are disappointing.

      This order came in on the wire and was not deluxe. I was given a product number. I had called the sending florist questioning what product he wanted and was told as similar as possible was fine, which was done with 2 extra roses with a few subs. I did not charge out the order, so I don't know what he paid, but he was given a $20.00 refund by the sending florist. I tried to explain to Chris that we cannot stock every single flower shown especially since some are seasonal. I wish he would have called me directly, and we could have discussed what fresh flowers I had in stock. I purchase almost everyday but not everything is available. We do many beautiful fall vases, but he ordered this specific vase.
