I had an incredible good experience with KELLY. I had an appointment the same week when i went there for haircut as i was on going on vacation so decided to go there only after the bad haircut experience with Nancy and took an appointment with Kelly. She was so professional and very soft and kind enough to explain me the process of highlights and balayage and took really good care of me. Later after the service was done she fantastically got me ready for my much awaited trip by giving a beautiful blowdry. The receptionist was so nice too and have a welcoming gesture after an awful experience of haircut but they covered it with this second service. Must say they are big when it comes to customer satisfaction i felt special. I would definitely give a third shot in future. Thanks for the great service Service: Balayage

Extremely disappointed with the haircut with Nancy! I told her explicitly to keep it shoulder length and she did a short blunt cut for me . Even the blow dry was pretty bad too. The salon is nice and the staff including the owner too. I had my daughters haircut with Sarah the other day and she did an excellent job. So you can choose your stylist that works best as per your requirements.. Service: Haircut

Have you ever been ready to leave a hair salon with shampoo  in your hair? Well that was me this Tuesday at Mystique hair and salon. I would seriously given the service ( or more accurately, the lack there of)  zero stars if that was an option. I called up in advance to let the salon know that I was running exactly 5 mins late for a wash and a Blo dry.  They still call me 3 mins later to check. I arrive at 6:35 pm exact and let Sarah know that my hair is a week old dirty and that I would need 2 shampoos .She gives me a look and tells me that she has no time for a second shampoo and that she has a 7 pm. At this point- I let me hair out of the scrunchie and let her know that may not happen given my hair length and texture. She berates Morgan from the front desk in not letting her know about my hair and at this point she is rough and rude in her actions. Proceeds to shampoo my hair while berating me for being 5 mins late. I try to think of more pleasant things but then she proceeds to cursory shampoo without scrubbing.I tell her again that my hair is really dirty and she is rude in her response back. I get up with shampoo in my hair and ask to speak with the manager about the abysmal customer service. The manager is not there. Morgan at the front desk washes out my hair as a courtesy and I leave with the managers name and number. Sarah tries to engage with me once more "explaining" why I am wrong- I ask her to desist and walk on.Talk about customer service! You would have thought I was getting a wash and Blo dry for free or as charity the way I was treated.Not sure why they accept late appointments if the stylists are tired, bored or just not upto it. Wonder if the primary modus operandi is to collect money from hapless customers while being rude. Hmm... never known that to work anyplace before!!!Avoid this place even if it is your option if last resort especially Sarah.  My first experience there about a week ago was also "borderline" rude with another stylist but I did not write about because it was borderline. But this second experience has compelled me to provide this review.People- be aware. Maybe there are others who are nicer at this salon- but this stylist was not! Oh and I tried calling the salon today to talk to the manager- but my calls went into oblivion. Maybe I will have better luck tomorrow.
