Carpets 46 Hardwood Floors

We were in need of a low pile carpet for a bedroom, so it would be easier for a walker to travel over. Originally we had planned on having a representative from Empire Today come by to give an estimate, but we decided to try Carpets 46 instead, since it is a local, family-owned business with great reviews. I called to ask questions and Luke was very friendly as he answered all my questions regarding the process of getting started. He also asked questions, which showed how engaged and interested he was even though our project was small.
When we went in to look at samples, Luke was just as friendly and helpful as he was on the phone. He showed us the industrial type carpets we were looking for, but also residential versions of low pile carpets that didn’t look so much like they were made for offices, though we did not feel like he was pressuring us at all. Luke came to the house a few days later to take measurements and within a week of our first appointment, they were available to install the carpet.
Three workers arrived on time and worked quickly, did a great job and were respectful of our property. We arranged for them to move the furniture out and back. We also had them haul away the old carpet because our town has strict requirements for the carpet you can put out for bulk. Luke even called a few days later to confirm on our end that everything went well. If we ever need new carpet or flooring in the future, we’re definitely calling Luke back.

We picked Carpet 46 due to the great reviews. We also were looking for more of a family owned business as opposed to a box store chain. Luke was great to work with and his family did the installation. We recommend him to a friend and highly recommend him for your needs.

My husband and I were looking to replace our living room and hallway rug. We met with Luke and explained what we were looking for and needed because we have pets. He was over the top helpful. Showed us a selection of what would meet out expectations. So of course with the pricing on top quality rug and padding we couldn’t say no. Came the day of installation, very professional and efficient staff worked on getting a 30 year old rug out the door and layout our gorgeous new one. To top it off Luke called the next day to make sure we were happy with everything. Family owned business that takes pride in the work that they do will DEFINITELY have our business! Looking forward to booking the next project on my list which will be wood flooring.

Wife and I were in the middle of renovations to the house and carpeting for the second floor and stairs were last on our list. There were so many options to pick from and I would of had a hard time selecting the right carpet by myself. We consulted with Luke and he provided us our options and really streamlined the selection process. He was able to provide us a high quality carpet for our budget. Even after we signed the contract he was always quick to respond to any and all of our questions.
The crew on the day of install were very obviously skilled, kept everything clean, and worked very fast. In the end we were left with the perfect carpet and a professional install. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
