      • Fire Fighter

        looks like they lost a TON of Home inspectors from there lack of running a proper business. Go elsewhere. DO a GOGGLE search and you will see the DEP suspension.

        EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I gave them one star because their technician, "Rell" is a nice guy and seemed to care about his job / our house. And also Gregory, the salesman tried his best. We have definite radon issues that will require repairs. HOWEVER, their admin assistant was snarky with me because I forgot to put paperwork in with the radon test canister. "Nicolette" was supposed to send out another canister when the first one took too long to get back to them (USPS issue). She forgot to do so. Meanwhile, my house is under contract to for sale. After 5-6 days went by, they admitted that they forgot to send out another canister. I then asked if they would please overnight another canister. AND THEY REFUSED!! Specifically, their owner, Keith Baicker REFUSED. I told the salesman, Gregory...that overnighting the canister would probably cost them about $15 - which is NOTHING compared to the amount I would be spending in getting my mitigation system fixed. However, they wouldn't budge. So much for trying to help out the customer. I will NOT be using this company and I urge you not to as well!
