        The staff was friendly and very hospitable. The waiting area is very comfortable. They offered snacks and coffee and to change the channel of the TV if we wanted.while may not seem alit, but when are awaiting surgery or for someone to come from surgery having polite people around you helps ease the worry somewhat. Thank you

        Monday, 11/6/23 - This facility has a top notch , phenomenal team of receptionist, anesthesiologist, nurses & doctors! *5 star* **Dont let the outside of this building's dreary feel- fool you. This was my 1st time here, My appt. was for a pain management procedure in my back. (Steroid injection) by Dr. Elizabeth Cooke. Very friendly, Kind, caring attentiveness from the moment you enter. **The exterior of building however, was un-inviting, dark, prison like. This is the only reason it got 4 stars. **
