Great technician. Called them because of a leak coming down ceiling. Diego from Mr. Rooter knew exactly what the problem was- which turned out to be bad installation of shower faucet by a different company. Their automation and notification systems are impressive. I got an email with complete summary, pictures, invoice and estimate. Before they arrived I got an email with picture and some info of technician so that I knew who I was meeting. Overall great experience.

Mr Rooter Plumbing of Sparta came to my home to diagnose a back up problem in my kitchen sink from the washing machine. From the moment they stepped in the house to moment my repair and new installation was complete, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They used protective equipment to keep my home clean and they quickly diagnosed the problem. They also alerted us about another potential issue which could have caused us major water damage. I now have no back up problems, a wonderful new water softener system, and the comfort of knowing my home will be safer!

Unfortunately Mr Rooter was a bad experience. A man came and was very nice but unknowledgeable. He spent an hour trying things to find out about our water pump but said it was “confusing”. He called his boss a couple times, but still was not able to figure out what the problem was with our pump. Then they had the nerve to TRY to charge us $125 even though they could tell what the problem was much less fix it. We called Quackenbush Water Systems and they came and knew right away what the problem was and fixed it fast and right and for only $102. Don’t waste your time with Mr. Rooter. Call a real professional.
