Mark and his team helped me with a very difficult situation this past week with my sister who was living in an apartment in squalor and was a hoarder. He was so compassionate and was truly an angel. He came to me the next day with his team and cleaned out her entire apartment and helped me right before a major holiday. I cannot express enough gratitude to him. He is amazing at what he does.

The absolute best experience my family and I could have possibly had in one of the hardest situations of our lives. Mark promptly answered my call and my families calls. He was so patient and extremely kind. Him and his colleague took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed, and they even talked to my mom after the cleaning was done which really helped my mom. They went above and beyond and did extra work that they did not have to do. I honestly can go on and on. Simply amazing, professional, and kind. My Family and I are so appreciative! Thank both of you so so much!

called them at 8:30am , they were there by 11:15am-did a fantastic cleanup job-area was left spotless-thank Marc-this was a tough one on me and you made it a lot easier-hope to never see you again (lol) but if I need a biohazard cleanup I will know where to turn.

I called on a Sunday morning to have our house cleaned up after a severe bleeding incident the night before. Mark and Charity were able to come to the house to assess the damage that afternoon. They arrived Monday morning at 8:30 and left the place immaculate that afternoon. They provided before and after pictures for the insurance company. I was more than impressed with their work and professionalism.

Mark and the Bio-One team were truly phenomenal to work with. Our reason for working together was one of tragedy and he showed the upmost respect and consideration. Mark was extremely responsive and willing to communicate by text which made the process seamless. I actually reside in CA and worked with Mark on behalf of a friend. He did everything he could to maintain communication with me and minimize any burden to my friend who was grieving. I highly recommend Mark and the Bio-One team for aftermath services. All in all, great communication, tremendous customer service and very fair pricing.
