        I am not happy with the company. My roof was damaged during the Hurricane Ida. I have called couple of roofing contractors to get an estimate. Luis responded within couple of days and the estimate from Luis was reasonable and competitive. I have decided to go with Magic roofing based on the estimate and google review. Once I signed the contract, things started going south. I had a hard time contacting the company for an ETA. After 2 weeks, the technician came and fixed the roof and got the money. They supposed to put flashing for the pipes as per the contract which they didn’t. I have requested to take and send photo’s before and after the repair for the insurance. The technician took the photos, but I have not received them. Again I called the office and Luis numerous times and texted, no response. No one has the courtesy to call back. Services: Skylight installation, Storm / wind damage roof repair
