They hid loan costs from me from the beginning. Mrs. Peggy never wanted to tell me the interest rate they wanted to give me, I asked her several times. In the end, they offered me an interest rate that was too high even though we have a very good credit score. And on top of that, other extra costs from her bank that she never explained to us. It was a very cold, cutting and even rude treatment towards me. He charged us an application fee that no bank charges in advance, and a commitment fee that they do not charge in advance for a total of 1,990 dollars and even worse, later he ignored us and did not want to return the money to us, nor could the lawyer recover that money. I am very dissatisfied. I would never recommend it to anyone and I wouldn't want anyone to have such a bad time and horrible stress as me and my wife did.
