Python Drain Cleaning

Great company that does it right, after calling 2 other firms to clean out my sewer main they made it look easy. The tech Chris was very informative and just got it done. You are now my go to company when we need these services.

I was recommended to python from a good friend. I dont know if they treat certain customers a certain way or what but from the rude women picking up the phone in the office to the technician that was sent to my house he just looked at my issue and told me he couldnt take care of it that they will need to send another technician. Let me tell you 2nd guy had no idea what was going on and couldnt even speak english. I would never recommend or ever use this company...

Made an appointment. They did not show up. I called to remind them. They rescheduled it. They came for 20 minutes of work to inspect 10 ft long pipe with camera (clean pipe). Charged me $525 plus tax. I'm a master plumber, and never heard such charge for 20 minutes of work for no license required job. Stay away or ask for firm price before they come.

I was called in by Bianca Hernandez for an interview. She gave me no info as to what company she was working for, I had to ask twice. She wasn't focused on the phone but rather everything else. To then get a call telling me that the position had been filled. All this in less than 5 hours.. Please don't waste a persons time and hope, you aren't aware of their situation. Also, since the interview was set, the PROFESSIONAL thing to do is continue with the interview. You never know what might walk through the door. If this is how they handled a simple interview process, I don't want to know what it must be like to work for a company this unorganized.
