Gerry Cerrigone and Bob Gaccione add Verona, New Jersey to the places that they can call home for one of their restaurants. September 2012 marked the opening of their Verona, NJ venture, Salugo Bistro. Salugo is their third endeavor in just two years, along with Salute Bistro and Fin Raw Bar and Kitchen. A little brother, if you will, of their Montclair offering, Salute, Salugo Bistro carries it's own spin on the Salute concept - Bringing Italian culinary wisdom, sweeps of vineyards and magical light close to home. This time in Verona, and with a slightly different twist. Part pizzeria, part fine dining, Salugo is a casual neighborhood bistro which prides itself on quality restaurant fare. Think downtown Rome (or NYC, if you prefer) meets a farm in Tuscany. You are welcome to dine in the Italian Countryside themed dining room and enjoy your favorite of the menu items, grab a quick bite at our hightop tables near the counter, or you can choose to savor your meal at home via Salugo Bistro's home delivery. The delivery service covers Verona, Montclair, Cedar Grove, West Orange, The Caldwells and Essex Fells.
