Jeff showed up early and got straight to work. He was thorough and walked through the entire 4 units with my fiance and I to make sure we knew and understood everything. We will be using him again ourselves and recommending him to our friends!

When you’re purchasing a house, it’s really important that you choose a good inspector or you may end up purchasing a house with issues that may cost you in the future. Jeff from Perfect Home Inspections is experienced, knowledgeable and is extremely passionate about his job. He is focused and takes the time to examine everything. If you don’t know much about houses like me, don’t worry. Jeff is patient and he “thinks out loud”, so you’ll learn/ understand everything there is to know about your prospective purchase. I advise you to make the time to be present for the home inspection. If for any reason you can’t make it to the inspection, know that his report is very thorough with detailed pictures, findings and recommendations. This way you can make an informed decision and really know what you’re committing to if/ when you close on your house. His findings are clearly outlined, so you can even use his report to substantiate a price decrease with the seller if appropriate. Jeff is uniquely qualified as an inspector because he took part in building his own house. He’s not only looking at the house as an inspector, but also as someone who has the experience of building a house. If you’re looking for someone that’s honest, upfront, knowledgeable and experienced, then Jeff is your man!

Jeff was wonderful...We are 1st time home buyers and he answered every question we had and looked at everything we asked, he gave us a detailed report that was easy to read the following day!! The weather was against us with 2 feet of snow but he inspected the house like it was a clear day, he was great!
