        Service is a problem here. Placed an order and received acknowledgement, but had to follow making many calls before someone pick-up the phone to learn that the wine was not available.

        Used to be a customer back in 2015 but the friendliness of staff had taken a turn for the worst. If you ask for no vintage substitution they rarely listen. I'm not sure if management changed but there is no longer an attention to detail. Emails go unanswered recently. I highly suggest to take your business elsewhere.
