        Terrible staff member . My partner needed to use the restroom and they forbid it. Make sure you hit the head before you go do business with them.

        Because of covid-19 my branch is temporarily closed. I was directed to this branch since they have a drive up. I went only with my debit card since I was expecting to go inside the bank. The woman who took care of me at the drive up was so pleasant and so helpful. She gave me what I needed and was so quick. I appreciate the kindness I was shown and thank Wells Fargo for making sure the customers are taken care of during this time.
