On 10/21/20 I contacted Shaf Intl, Inc and spoke to VP Steve Young and asked if they could send me a few metal snaps for a jacket that I have bought in Amazon which have fallen off. He offered to send me some. So, I provided my information and after 4 month of numerous emails and calls in which all went unanswered. It became clear that if the Vice President of this Company didnt address it. This Firm doesnt stand by their product much less for their customer.

I bought a heated jacket and at last at about 3 months and the battery Quit customer service was very hit-and-miss . They kept suggesting I didn't know how to turn the battery on after I used it successfully for 3 month. I will By Another battery and see how it works.

A bit disappointed. I purchased a pair of waterproof harness boots one year ago. I live in Florida so I only wear these boots once a year on a cross country motorcycle trip. They seemed to be fine last year and then I put them in my closet which is in my house in air conditioning. I took them back out to wear on this years trip and about the second day my foot was in a lot of pain. After examining the boots I discovered that the front of one boot was curled up over a half inch compared to the other. You can imaging what that was doing to my foot insider the boot. I have only worn these boots a total of 3 weeks. Based on the advice given by Milwaukee leather I took them to a cobbler who said the entire boot (Sole and sub sole) would have to be removed and a new foundation put on the boot which would cost me as much or more than the boots did originally. I liked these boots but can't give them a good endorsement if they are only good to wear for 3 weeks. Very disappointed.
