Im actually dumbfounded by what just happened. I went to fax something, I got charged twice for a fax that didnt go through. I went and asked an employee who was wearing a black shirt at the printing station desk she told me I didnt push it in far enough, and then proceeded to purchase another transaction on my card, and then put the paper in the scanner section. I got charged again, but my document never faxed because this girl put it in the wrong place. Ive never in my life met somebody who didnt know the basic functions of the device that their job is based around. Im speechless as to how somebody could be so incompetent at their job. Im glad shes currently gone back to hiding behind a copy machine texting out of sight of most customers. I wasted 15 dollars at this store, which isnt as bad as the ten minutes Ill never get back. Im normally level headed and try to be cool, but I cannot wait until this place gets replaced by Amazon robots that offer Staples overpriced garbage service for a fraction of the cost.

If you go to the counter at the copy and print center to ask for copies they’ll tell you to go to self serve while they then go sit and play on their phones Instead of just quickly helping you.
