Visited Dr. Brunetti for my toddler son. Some reason we as a patient parent doesn't felt welcoming. Were on mask whole time for 3 minutes and we been sent out after quick nasal endoscopy with same spray which other Dr. Prescribed under same group. Even one side nasal endoscopy was not even completed. seems experience dr. but we haven't had that feeling. I hope this comments helps to address these kind of caring issues. We go to Dr. to trust them and expect them to treat us well with professionally, emotionally and proper diagnosis. Not just heavy charges to insurance and that comes to patient to pay most of it for 3 minutes..

Went in for a normal ear wax removal appointment and I was in so much pain I had to keep my eyes closed from crying, then after was told BOTH my ears were bleeding because he accidentally "scratched" the insides of both my ears and I had to hold gauze to them to stop the bleeding. Then he told me my ears were so inflamed I had to get on prescription ear drops for the next week - my ears have been dark red and in pain since this appointment and I was fine beforehand. Also, this was my second appointment with him - when he walked in he said it was nice to meet me, and I told him this was actually our second appointment together - but then at the end of the appointment, he yet again said "it was nice meeting you". Very rude and I have NEVER bled, had to get a prescription, and had to deal with swollen and red ears from a simple ear wax removal ever.
